Insulating Castables

INSULATING CASTABLES

MRPL offers ranges of Insulating Castables for back up lining in number of equipment for heat insulation; restricting surface temperature of thermal units within the controlled values. The unique features of this class of materials are very low Bulk Density with reasonably high Porosity. MRPL also manufactures series of Casting and Gunning grade low BD but high strength Insulating Castables using special types of insulating grains (developed in-house); specially designed for Petro-Chemical Industries.

We manufacture Insulating Castables for Refineries and Petrochemical industries also equivalent to Type-1,Type-2,Type-3/3Li, Type-4/4Li and others (Along with their gunning grades)
